JUNOT

Dynamic market for Junot Hauts-de-Seine / Yvelines agencies with 4 sales per week.

The market is showing signs of activity, boosted by an adjustment in prices. "Since March, there has been a clear upturn in activity, confirming the seasonal nature of house sales in the spring, with 4 transactions per week since the start of January, including 26 sales in June alone," says Alice Schmitt, Associate Director of Junot Hauts-de-Seine Ouest / Yvelines.

Properties that meet high standards (excellent condition, architect-led renovation, top floor flats with terraces and houses in sought-after locations) continue to sell quickly, often without negotiation on price, provided that Junot's bespoke marketing strategy is adhered to. This trend demonstrates a growing demand for quality properties that find takers in relatively short sales times.

In the Greater West of Paris, the scarcity of exceptional properties is keeping the market under pressure. "One example of this trend is the recent sale of a 292 m² house in Rueil-Malmaison, in perfect condition with a 1,315 m² garden, sold through our client database at the mandate price of €1,990,000. Another example is a top-floor flat in Saint-Cloud with a terrace offering a view over Paris, sold through our client database at the asking price of €1,995,000," explains Guillaume Cambis, Managing Partner.
